When I got the domain lazygoy.com I decided not to use it for monetary gain. However, when I was short on cash to pay for my Web host, I decided to accept some offers to create sponsored posts and what do you know, I was able to pay for my monthly web hosting bill and a few extra bucks to by me some scag (cigarettes). So now I decided, if ever there are any opportunities that I could make money from this blog, then I will grab those opportunities in a heartbeat.
While browsing the World Wide Web looking for good opportunities, I found SocialSpark. It offers bloggers, not just a way to make money online, but to be able to build communities and drive traffic.
SocialSpark has certain unique features that separates it from other blog paying sites. It has a 100% Audit-able In-Post Disclosure. This feature’s main purpose is to preven a “conflict of interests” and this is done by placing a disclosure badge at the end of each sponsored post.
100% Transparency is another unique feature of SocialSpark. Bloggers are given the chance to be able to know who the advertisers are by letting them see their respective profiles.
Last but not the least, SocialSpark is 100% search engine friendly. Bloggers are allowed to put “nofollow” tags on the links in the posts. This means that blogs are not at risk of losing page rank while even doing sponsored posts.
If you have a blog and you want to earn some cash to buy some scag or for whatever purpose, join SocialSpark.

Last June 14 Mishel (Blog Ni Mishel) and I went to the Davao Bloggers Party 2008 at Toto’s Bar in Ilustre.
Truth be told, the time when I got the invite, I immediately decided not to go to the party. I didn’t even bother to read the details anymore. Why? 1) I’m just a new blogger with a blog that’s barely 3 months old 2) I haven’t had the time to do any virtual socializing with any dabaweño bloggers before so it means I won’t know anyone who’ll be there, and 3) content wise my blog has… pffft!!! You know what I mean. Combine these 3 reasons and what do I have? In the immortalized words of Happy Slip’s father - “DISASTER!”

I just recently got one of my old computer rigs back. It has a P4 2.0 GHz processor, 384 MB RAM, 40 GB HD, and 256 MB VCard. Getting bored with the Windows XP Operating System, I decided to go back with Mac. I was using OS X Tiger on this rig a year ago before my mum took it and I thought, what the heck, why not use OS X again?

Everlasting Power Of Love is more commonly known as EPOL. Why is it named Everlasting Power of Love? Beats the hell out of me. Everyone has their own reasons for doing something. And the person/s who named the place EPOL probably have their own reason too for naming it as such… I just hope it’s one hell of a good reason! Anyway, the place is a two-hour drive from Davao City proper.
This is one of our our summer escapades this summer 2008. Pictures after the jump More…
