Lazy Goy Lazy Goy Lazy Goy Lazy Goy Lazy Goy! I would like to put emphasis on the LAZY part! It has been a few days since my last update on this blog. Everyday different ideas to write in this blog pop into my head but when I’m already in front of the computer, laziness kicks in. I also get easily distracted by a lot of things especially in youtube and before I know it, I’ve already spent several hours watching nonsensical videos leaving no time for me to write updates.
Anyway, I just wrote this post to serve as a reminder for me to at least update lazygoy.com once a week. Oh, I would also like to continue the quest on losing weight a few months ago. Since I have stopped posting about it I have gained a few more kilograms instead of losing them. ’til the next post! See yah!

People, especially if new to a specific place in the Philippines, tend to ride taxi cabs simply because they have no idea how to ride the PUJs or Public Utility Jeepneys. This is just normal and I for one am guilty of doing it the first time I was in Cebu City.
But if you have plans of staying in Cebu City for quite some time, it would be best that you learn how to commute to go around the city. Why? Because it is C-H-E-A-P-E-R. Of course this does not apply to those who always have more than enough money for taxi rides or to those who drive their own cars (though the latter can learn about the different routes of Cebu City while riding the jeepney).
This post is dedicated to those people who will be visiting Cebu and will be staying their for a long time. Contained here are my experiences and the methods I utilized to get used to public commuting in Cebu City.

We arrived at the Mactan International Airport. Given that I have not been riding the plane to travel back-and-forth Davao to Cebu and vice-versa, I was not quite familiar to the place. The roads and the establishments were all new to me since I have not visited Mactan during my 2-year stay in Cebu. However as we were nearing the Metro, jeepneys with familiar routes started coming up and that’s when I knew I was back.
In 5 years, I expect that there were going to be a lot of changes and indeed there were many. Here is a list of some of the things I observed to have changed.

I just arrived in Davao a few hours ago. I spent the last 8 days in Cebu City where I had little opportunity to access the Internet. This is the main reason why I was not able to update this blog for quite some time.
Anyway, you can expect that in the coming days most of my posts will be about Cebu and my 8 day experience in the city.
This is it for now I’d like to reunite and spend some time with my bed… I’ve really missed it. hehe ^_^

It’s only been a few days since I’ve written about a friend going to Cebu. Well guess what? I’ll be going to Cebu myself!
It’s been more or less 5 years since I’ve been there. If memory serves my right, I was there the year 2002 and was never able to revisit. However, just a few days ago, my grandmother invited me to accompany her to the city of which I excitingly accepted. I may not be able to freely stroll around Cebu the way I used to since I’ll be acting as my grandmum’s bodyguard and all, but hopefully I’ll still be able to make time to see old friends and acquaintances.
